Christopher D. Ferris, CCM

A 26 year private club professional with a diverse experience skill set including Executive Chef, Event Manager, Lodge Manager, and General Manager. Strong leadership skills with proven ability to motivate staff to achieve organizational goals by building consensus, driving change and executing innovative strategic plans, using diplomacy in order to achieve a high level of service excellence in a friendly and professional manner. With his strong attention to details, organizational skills, strength in developing people, along with his orientation towards quality, Chris has been able to achieve balance in providing leadership in an organization who desires to be one of the best of the best, establishing a premier private club culture, both for a discerning membership and employees. Chris has a strong business sense, financial acumen, an expert in private club service, day-to-day operations, development and implementation of systems, procedures, operations analysis, with a passion for excellence. Chris also has a rare balance of abilities and skill sets, which allows me to achieve a high level of member satisfaction, quality and consistency at a fine private member-driven country club, while still managing the financial performance of the Club, being prudent and delivering the financial goals and objectives of the Club, set forth by the Board of Directors.

Christopher Earle-Handley

Born in the UK, Chris brings an extensive background and expertise to Club Best Practices. As an established IT professional and digital artist of photography and video, he has earned a reputation of excellence from his clients at Air-Reelz. His ability to create content and a brand story for clubs is unmatched in the industry. As a Co-Developer of Upper Tee Media he will take the time to understand your culture to create game changing visuals to increase your web presence and revenues. His ultimate goal is to enhance the culture in your club that provides existing members a way to share their pride of the club with family and friends and attracts new members and guests through a compelling outreach.

David P. Mazur

As a native New Englander, David knows the New England club market. He has an extensive background in all phases of club management, including membership surveys; financial management and long-range planning; facilities renovation, membership marketing, management & staff recruitment, training and motivation; and food & beverage operations. Through his vast experience, he brings a perspective to clients and their clubs that provides insight, best practices and benchmarks from similar size, culture and type of club. Also, he provides a working knowledge and experience of what it takes for clubs to achieve immediate and future operational success. David began his career in 1978 holding management positions with the Ritz Carlton, Westin, Hilton, and Sheraton hotels. He entered the club management field in 1988, working in various executive management positions with clubs throughout New England. Through his extensive network and in-depth experience in the Club industry, he is able to provide clients with the knowledge and resources needed to solve immediate problems and implement plans for long-term success.

Eve Cartwright

With over 25 years of combined experience in Corporate Human Resources and as a Recruiter and Career Consultant in Executive Search. Eve worked for Gartner Group as the Recruiting Manager and Staffing Administrator, helping to grow the firm from 250 employees to over 2500. She also worked for Tech Target as a Recruitment Manager for all C- Level Conferences. Eve lives on Cape Cod and is active with Lasell College, Simmons College and St. Christopher’s Church in Chatham, MA. What distinguishes Eve from others is her ethics are never compromised. Her reputation has been built on being results-oriented and because of that she has worked with first-rate companies. During the process of networking and recruiting, there is an emphasis on the importance of the relationship with the clients and candidates.

Gregg Lindsay

Beginning his career at the Breakers Hotel in Florida, Gregg has a proven track record in private clubs for over 15 years. As founder of Club E-Training, he recognized the need for effecive and efficient methods to aquire talent in the industry. Through his proven hands on and on-line training programs he is highly respected as a leader in all levels of development in club professionals. In addition, Gregg’s experience in food and beverage analysis brings immediate results to Club Best Practices clients

Jim Grady

Jim brings fresh experiences, perspectives and methodologies that are outside the box with a singular focus with breakthrough results. Frequently these results are measured in increased revenues, sales and customers – but they are often accompanied with the goals and plans that heighten the customer experience, expand the internal and external relationships and create a culture of success and achievement. In addition, Jim brings a proven track record of turning underperforming businesses and business units into lucrative ones and of identifying and resolving deficiencies by creating new behaviors and practices that improve profit margins, confidence and momentum.

 

Jeff Litcofsky

Jeff had worked 25 years in the corporate marketing realm for several renowned Consumer Electronics brands including Boston Acoustics, Denon, and Marantz. During that time he gained much knowledge and experience in digital marketing and both the back-end technical and front-end user experience disciplines of website design and development. He bring this knowledge of best practices and practical know-how to every project. Working as a digital marketer and WordPress website developer, Jeff is focussed on helping clients by bringing the complexity of website development and digital marketing to a “down-to-earth” level of understanding.
